Day 1: Arrival in Tangier

Your Moroccan adventure begins upon arrival in Tangier, where you will be welcomed and transferred to your accommodation. Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to relax or enjoy a brief introduction to the city. Dinner and overnight stay are included.

Day 2: Tangier – Chefchaouen

After discovering the highlights of Tangier, including its lively city center and scenic surroundings, the journey continues toward Chefchaouen. The route takes you through the picturesque landscapes of the Rif Mountains, passing by Tetouan and offering beautiful panoramic views along the way. Upon arrival in Chefchaouen, you will explore its atmospheric medina, characterized by blue-washed buildings and a strong Andalusian and Spanish influence. The town is also well known for its unique local handicrafts, particularly wool products and traditional garments. Dinner and overnight stay in Chefchaouen.

Day 3: Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes

After breakfast, the tour continues toward the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, one of the most significant archaeological sites in Morocco. Here, you will walk among remarkably preserved mosaics, columns, and remains that offer insight into daily life during the Roman era. Next, you will visit Meknes, an Imperial City known for its monumental gates, vast defensive walls, and historic landmarks linked to Sultan Moulay Ismail. Highlights include the royal structures, old granaries, and other architectural treasures. In the late afternoon, you will travel onward to Fes for the night.

Day 4: Guided Exploration of Fes

Today is dedicated to a full cultural exploration of Fes with a knowledgeable local guide. You will wander through the labyrinth of narrow streets in one of the world’s oldest living medieval cities. Visits include the exterior of the Royal Palace, the historic Jewish Quarter, and several key monuments such as the Al Quaraouiyine University, ancient tanneries, traditional museums, and revered religious sites. The tour also includes a visit to a ceramics workshop to learn about traditional Moroccan craftsmanship, followed by a panoramic viewpoint overlooking the entire medina. Return to your accommodation in the evening.

Day 5: Fes – Rabat – Casablanca

After breakfast, you will travel to Rabat, Morocco’s modern capital and one of its Imperial Cities. Here, you will explore major landmarks including the Royal Palace area, the Kasbah of the Oudayas, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the iconic Hassan Tower. Afterward, the journey continues to Casablanca. Upon arrival, you will visit the impressive Hassan II Mosque, a masterpiece of modern Moroccan architecture and one of the largest mosques on the African continent. Overnight stay in Casablanca.

Day 6: Departure from Casablanca

On the final day, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure. Assistance with boarding procedures will be provided, marking the end of your 6-day cultural tour from Tangier to Casablanca through Morocco’s Imperial Cities.
