Day 1: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades Valley

Your journey begins with a morning departure from Ouarzazate. Visit the iconic Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a stunning example of Moroccan earthen architecture and a UNESCO World Heritage site. After exploring this historic village and enjoying lunch, continue along the scenic “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs,” passing palm oases, desert landscapes, and traditional Berber villages. Arrive at the dramatic Dades Valley, known for its striking rock formations, and spend the night in comfort.

Day 2: Todra Gorges – Merzouga Desert Camel Trek

After breakfast, travel to the Todra Gorges and explore the towering canyon walls rising up to 300 meters. Continue toward Merzouga, where you’ll meet your camel guides for an exciting trek across the magnificent Erg Chebbi dunes. Watch the sunset over the golden sands, then enjoy a traditional Berber dinner around the campfire. Spend the night in a desert camp under a sky full of stars.

Day 3: Erg Chebbi – Erfoud – Dades Valley

Wake up to a mesmerizing desert sunrise and enjoy breakfast at the camp. Take a short drive through the dunes for photography or sandboarding before returning to the paved road. Stop in Erfoud to see the traditional khettarat, an ingenious ancient irrigation system. Continue through the Todra and Dades Valleys, taking in the breathtaking scenery, and spend the night in a guesthouse in the Dades region.

Day 4: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate – Marrakech

After breakfast, drive through the Valley of Roses to Kel’aa M’Gouna, renowned for its rose harvest and local rose-based products. Continue along the “Road of a Thousand Kasbahs” and pass Skoura Oasis, visiting Kasbah Amredhil if time allows. Travel through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass, enjoying panoramic mountain views, until you reach Marrakech in the evening, completing your unforgettable journey.
