Tour details :

Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley

Start your adventure with a morning pickup from your accommodation in Marrakech. Travel through the High Atlas Mountains, passing the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, with panoramic views of valleys, waterfalls, and Berber villages.

Stop at Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site and iconic Kasbah, where you can wander through its ancient streets and admire its historic architecture. Continue through the scenic Dades Valley, with its dramatic landscapes and fertile river valleys. Arrive at your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay, resting for the journey ahead.

Day 2: Dades Valley -Todra Gorge – Merzouga Desert

After breakfast, leave the Dades Valley and drive along the famous Road of a Thousand Kasbahs, lined with ancient mud-brick fortresses and palm oases. Stop at Todra Gorge to marvel at the towering cliffs and take a short walk along the oasis stream.

Continue toward Merzouga, passing through small Berber villages and panoramic desert landscapes. In the late afternoon, embark on a camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes to enjoy a breathtaking desert sunset. Arrive at your desert camp, settle into your Berber tent, enjoy a traditional dinner, and spend the night under the stars with music around the campfire.

Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Midelt – Marrakech

Begin the day with breakfast at the desert camp. Optionally, watch the sunrise over the dunes before departing Merzouga. Travel through the town of Rissani, the historic starting point of ancient caravan routes, then continue through the Middle Atlas Mountains, stopping in Midelt to admire the scenic views and enjoy a short break.

Drive through the cedar forests near Azrou, where Barbary monkeys roam freely, before descending toward Marrakech. Arrive in the late afternoon, marking the end of your unforgettable desert journey.
